Q1: I didn’t receive my login email. What should I do?

A:

  • First, check your junk or spam folder, as the email may come from an unfamiliar address.

  • If you still don’t see it, try resetting your password:

  • If you still don’t receive anything, please contact support for assistance

Q2: My username isn’t working. What am I doing wrong?

A:

  • Your username is your email address with “+admin” added before the @ symbol

  • This is a common step that can be missed, so double-check the format

  • If it still doesn’t work, please reach out to support

Q3: I’m getting an error when setting up or using MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). What should I do?

A:

If you’re logging in for the first time:

  • You’ll be asked to enter your phone number to receive a verification code

  • This is normal, but you may experience a temporary error

If you see an error message:

  • Click the back button on your browser

  • This should take you to your portal home page

If you’re trying again later:

  • Try logging in again the issue may resolve itself

  • Be patient when waiting for your code (it can take up to 30 seconds)

  • You may be asked to enter your phone number again

If the error happens again:

  • Refresh the page or click the back button

  • This usually resolves the issue
